If you do not wish your personal information to be used in this way, then unfortunately you cannot buy a domain name as this is a pre-requisite of all domain name registries. However you can opt out of Whois if you are a private individual using your Ripla Control Panel once your Domain is set up and registered. We reserve the right to publicise any domain name you buy via our services.

We do not share any details with any third parties(unless legally obliged to do so) or as detailed below and all our customers under our terms and conditions are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk commercial email (aka "spam") using our services.

You can check the information that we hold about you by E-mailing us.. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

We may engage other companies or individuals to perform enhanced services on our behalf such as site submittal .In these cases the service providers may need access to personal information needed to perform their services. These parties would not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services and we would always inform you in advance if this was to be the case.

Payments

All payments are processed using our payment processors such as WorldPay, Paypal and NoChex. We do not store credit card details in any way. All customers are advised to check the web site of the payment processor and read their privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Ripla cannot be held responsible for the security of your account number or account name and passwords. Make sure you keep it in a safe place and do not share it with others. Always ensure you have appropriate security systems in place such as anti-virus and spyware protection to keep your data secure.
